  • Shipping charges, as well as any customs, duties, or taxes on international orders, are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

  • We will provide a return shipping label for defective or incorrect items.

  • For non-defective or non-incorrect items, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
